HOW IT WORKS:

1. Purchase a custom home illustration from this listing. *a valid email address is imperative- communication is strictly through email*
2. You will receive an email from support@spyderdesignco.com within 1-3 days of purchase. Please check your junk folder if it is not in your inbox.
3. The email will ask you to provide:
   • 3-5 various photos of the home (the more the better, but can work with what you have)
   • the address
   • any requests for landscaping; for example, your photos are taken in the winter but you want a summer landscape to include your beautiful flowers
   • additional options:
     • text (ie. date house was purchased, family last name, a quote etc.)
     • pet or people photos
4. The email will include estimated start date and end date.
   • *RUSH orders may be possible if the painting is needed ahead of your estimated end date. Please let us know your anticipated deadline in your email with the information asked above. Additional charge will apply.
5. You will receive the draft for approval prior to print production.
   • 1 revision period is allotted for edits. An extra fee will apply for additional edits outside of the scope/work rendered.
6. When completed, the print will be packaged and shipped to the address provided in your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking number to follow your order.
7. Shipping is included. The listing price is for the painting, revision, physical fine art print, and standard shipping.
