HOW IT WORKS:

1. Purchase a custom portrait from this listing. *a valid email address is imperative- communication is strictly through email*
2. You will receive an email from support@spyderdesignco.com within 1-3 days of purchase. Please check your junk folder if it is not in your inbox.
3. The email will ask you to provide:
   • 3-5 various photos of persons (the more the better, but can work with what you have)
   • any requests (minimal background design)
     • text (ie. dates, family last name, a quote etc.)
4. The email will include estimated start date and end date.
   • *RUSH orders may be possible if the painting is needed ahead of your estimated end date. Please let us know your anticipated deadline in your email with the information asked above. Additional charge will apply.
5. You will receive the draft for approval prior to print production.
   • 1 revision period is allotted for edits. An extra fee will apply for additional edits outside of the scope/work rendered.
6. When completed, the print will be packaged and shipped to the address provided in your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking number to follow your order.
   • If this is a gift and you’d like to ship it directly to the receiver, please provide a new shipping address when approving the proof prior to print production.
7. Shipping is included. The listing price is for the painting, revision, physical fine art print, and standard shipping.
